Tooth formation, pathology and regeneration using various genetically modified mouse lines in combination with stem cell biology, microfluidics/chips technology and novel live imaging approaches A big variety of model systems related to Notch signaling pathway. A good number of mouse models exhibiting dental anomalies are in process of examination, while the interplay of dental stem cells with nerves and vessels are under investigation in vivo or in vitro (microfluidic devices).
